Hey y’all! I just got back from Nashville and it was such an amazing time catching up with my sister Brooke! I had missed her so much! Brooke brought us to the cute and trendy 12th Avenue South “12South” and visit Reese Witherspoon’s Draper James. I had to snap a pic in front the adorable blue and white striped building! White’s Mercantile was my favorite shop on 12South and I can’t wait for the next trip to visit more boutiques. Nashville has some AMAZING boutiques and everyone is just so damn nice!!

I was also super excited to wear my Thunderbird Concho Leather Earrings from Wild Child NH! Everything is made in Manchester, NH and I seriously want it all!

This post is dedicated to my sister Brooke or B as I call her! After the holidays she is moving on down to Tennessee! On her last visit to Nashville, she brought me back a Luca + Danni State Love Tennessee bracelet from her favorite boutique, Pieces Boutique. The State Love bracelets are a perfect way to remember where your home, heart or loved ones are! I know it will make me think of my sis all the way in Tennessee! It takes a lot of guts to uproot and step out of your comfort zone. Luckily, she’s got one handsome boyfriend waiting down there for her, and I can’t wait for them to finally be in the same state!

B is also my best friend! It will be quite an adjustment not having her in driving distance. I know I could technically drive there, but lets be real, I won’t be driving down there haha. Plane please! It’s bittersweet because it’ll be sad not having her so close but I am so damn excited for her next adventure in Music City! Good Luck B, so proud of you!!

I can’t believe it’s almost September!! Looking back at this summer, some of my favorite memories have been going to concerts! My first concert was Garth Brooks when I was 5 🙂 and I’ve been a concert fiend ever since. I’ve been lucky enough to see a variety this year: Lady Antebellum, Maroon 5, Miranda Lambert, Alan Jackson, Nikki Lane, Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift and Sam Hunt!!

Concert Merch can be a little pricey, so I only buy it if it’s an item I know I’ll wear again. It can seem obvious to pair your concert T and hat with a pair of blue jeans, but I like to mix it up a bit! My Sam Hunt Snapback with a cute flannel dress or my Tay t-shirt with wide-leg polka-dot trousers!

How do you style your concert merch? AND did anyone watch the Wildest Dreams music video premiere last night?! AMAZING

I have already confessed my desire to go to Coachella BUT have I mentioned my obsession with Coachella’s redneck cousin Stagecoach?! There is nothing I love more than country music and Stagecoach is only the coolest California desert gathering of the hottest Country stars and up-and-coming Country artists. I may not feel that “burn of the desert wind” as Miranda Lambert would say, but the second I put on a Johnny Cash T and my Coal Freebird by Steven boots I feel like I am there. It’s pretty blatant that I love Freebird boots, but what’s not to love?! What’s your favorite brand of boots?

I’m not sure what it is but every time spring rolls around I’m in a country mood. Actually, I am in one everyday, but I think the promise of Summer coming makes me want to crank up the Steel guitar and grab a Bud Light. I have a little obsession with Jessie James Decker and her new single Clint Eastwood. It’s so damn catchy and who doesn’t love that image of an outlaw riding “where the city lights fade to a western sky”?! I just finished reading The Longest Ride and can’t wait to see the movie starring Scott Eastwood (Clint’s son), as the charming cowboy Luke. Wearing these Elpaso boots from Freebird by Steven makes me think I am an outlaw myself, forget needing that cowboy! The White Crow jacket was a gift from my Dad from my favorite boutique Mercantile in Seaside, Florida. Throw on a Nuthin’ Fancy muscle tee, Elpaso boots and a jean jacket and you can’t feel anymore American than that!
